We don't ask for anything else, and we don't collect sensitive personal information.
We use what you submit to prepare and send you the written revenue-leak audit you requested, and to follow up with you about that audit and our services. That's it — we don't use your details for unrelated marketing or add you to a newsletter.
When you submit the form, it is processed by our website host (Netlify) and a notification is emailed to us through our email provider (Resend) so we can respond. These providers handle the data only to deliver that submission to us.
We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with other contractors, lead buyers, or advertisers. We share it only with the service providers above that are needed to operate the form, or if we are legally required to.
This is a simple static website. We don't set advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Our host may set essential cookies needed to serve and secure the site.
We keep your submission as long as we need it to respond and for ordinary business records. You can ask us to delete it at any time.
Email jackson@jacksonlai.com to access, correct, or delete the information you've given us, or to opt out of any follow-up. We'll honor the request.
