The offer

Three ways to ship Claude into your GTM stack

Pilot first if you've never shipped a working Claude skill. Sprint when you know which workflows you want industrialized. Rollout when you're ready to scale across teams.

Pilot — The Trust Bridge

14 days · 1 workflow · 1 production-ready skill · 6–10 users

You pick one painful GTM workflow. I author one production-ready Claude skill, install it with your team, and measure before/after. By the end of week 2, you have proof and a deployed skill — or you have my honest "this isn't where Claude pays back" call.

Sprint — The Core Engagement

4 weeks · 10 production-ready skills · documentation · tests · handoff

Your team scopes 10 GTM workflows. I author 10 production-ready Claude skills with full test coverage and documentation, plus an internal champion playbook so the work survives the next reorg. By week 4, your AEs, marketers, and RevOps are running Claude on real pipeline — not watching demos.

Rollout — The Expansion Offer

Multi-team enablement · skill library · governance · train-the-trainer

When the Sprint proved it out and you're ready to industrialize across Sales, Marketing, RevOps, and CS — this is the engagement. Custom skill library indexed for your stack, named skill owners and reviewers, eval discipline, quarterly roadmap reviews, and the train-the-trainer program that keeps momentum after I leave.

Why me

Why teams hire me instead of the alternatives

300 published skills nobody else can match

300 Claude skills, MIT-licensed, public on GitHub. The B2B SaaS GTM Pack alone covers cold email at scale, account research, discovery prep, demo delivery, objection isolation, sales-call analysis, AE/SDR partnership, pipeline hygiene, and forecasting.

When I run a Pilot or Sprint with your team, I'm not extemporizing — I'm forking proven IP into your workflow. Show me one other Claude implementer who can do that.

Ex-corporate trainer, not a YouTuber

I came up through the corporate-training world delivering enablement to GTM teams at $3–7.5k/day. Same room, same skeptical VPs, same procurement-driven contracts.

I know what your CRO needs to see in week 4 to renew the budget. I know how to build deliverables that survive an internal champion changing roles. I know what "production-ready" means to a CISO.

Working IP, not slide decks

You don't get a deck. You get skills installed in Claude Code on your team's laptops, version-controlled in a repo your team owns, MIT-licensed so legal doesn't object.

When the engagement ends, my work is running in your stack. That's the test.

Start with a 30-minute Claude GTM Audit

A short diagnostic call. You tell me what your GTM team is trying to do with Claude, what's blocking, and what's already in market. I tell you which of my 300 skills is closest to your workflow, what would need to be authored from scratch, and which engagement tier actually fits — including "you don't need me yet."

If I can't help, I'll tell you on the call. No follow-up sequences, no "free workshop" upsell.

Before booking — this is for you if:
  • You're a decision-maker (or named-champion) on $10–50k+ engagements
  • Your GTM team is shipping AI in 2026 — not just talking about it
  • You can name a specific workflow you want industrialized (sales discovery, post-call coaching, outbound, attribution, comp modeling, pipeline review, etc.)
Just researching? Grab the 5-page cheatsheet instead — it's the higher-leverage start.
Async-prep form sent on booking. Most calls run 25–35 minutes. Cap: 5/week — protects authoring time.

FAQ

Questions your procurement team will ask

Q1. How does this compare to working with an Anthropic Solutions Architect?
Anthropic SAs help your team understand Claude. I ship 10 working skills your team owns by Friday. Different mandate, different deliverable. Many enterprise customers use both — SA for capability questions, me for "ship it now."
Q2. How does this compare to a Big 4 / Accenture / Deloitte AI consulting engagement?
Big consulting will sell you a 6-month assessment, a slide deck, and a $1.5M implementation plan. I'll ship 10 working skills in 4 weeks for $45k, MIT-licensed to your team. If you need a 50-person change-management program, hire Big 4. If you need Claude running in your AEs' workflows by next month, hire me.
Q3. Where does our data live during an engagement?
Skill development happens in your environment, not mine. I work inside your Claude Code installation on your machines, your repo, your data residency. I do not ingest your prospect data, customer data, or transcripts into any external system. Standard MNDA before kickoff. For enterprise engagements I sign your DPA and SOC 2 questionnaires.
Q4. Who owns the IP when the engagement ends?
You do. Default contract terms transfer all skill IP to your company under MIT or your preferred license. The skills become a private repo your team owns. I retain no ongoing access after handoff. If you want me to open-source learnings as anonymized patterns for the public ai-skills library, that's a separate conversation and requires your written consent.
Q5. What are your contract terms?
Pilot: 50% on contract signing, 50% on delivery (day 14). Sprint: 50% upfront, 50% on day 28 delivery. Rollout: quarterly billing against milestones. Retainer: monthly, 3-month minimum. Net-30 from invoice. I do not work on net-60 or net-90 unless your procurement has no flexibility — in which case price adjusts.
Q6. What's your cancellation policy?
Pilot: full refund up to 48 hours after kickoff, no refund after. Sprint: full refund before week 1 work begins, 50% refund through week 2, no refund after week 2 (you keep the skills shipped). Rollout: pro-rated against milestones. Retainer: 30-day notice either side, no early-termination penalty.
Q7. Can a Pilot expand into a Sprint or Rollout?
Yes — that's the design. Most Sprints come from a Pilot. Most Rollouts come from a Sprint. Pilot dollars credit toward Sprint pricing if you upgrade within 30 days; Sprint credit applies to Rollout. Specifics in the SoW.
Q8. Do you serve teams outside North America?
Yes. I work with B2B SaaS teams globally, including APAC and EMEA. Live sessions are scheduled to your time zone. Pilots and Sprints are remote by default — geography is a non-issue. In-person Rollout work is billed at cost.
